Our Katy Personal Injury Attorneys

Brothers Will and Tad Adams are 7th generation Texans and native Houstonians. They have called Katy, Texas home for the last 40 years, and are now raising their own families in Katy. Tad and his family are members of Kingsland Baptist Church and Will and his family are members at The Fellowship, Cinco Ranch. Both families are active in the community, volunteering time and talent to numerous civic and community organizations. The firm was recognized as Business of the Year for 2012 by the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, an organization both Tad and their father Tom Adams led as Chairman of the Board for many years.

Will Adams is the firm’s lead trial attorney and represents clients in serious personal injury and death cases. He is Double Board Certified and a life member of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been recognized as One of the Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers in Texas by the National Trucking Trial Lawyers, one of the 100 Trial Lawyers in Texas by The National Trial Lawyers, and as a leader in his field by Texas Monthly Magazine, H Texas Magazine and other publications. Will has also served the citizens of Texas during the 2019 Legislative Session as President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He continues to sit on TTLA's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Will is married to Crista Ravkind Adams and together they have one son. When Will is not in the courtroom working on his clients’ behalf, he can be found logging miles on the local bayou jogging trails.

Tad Adams works side by side with his brother Will on all of the firm’s personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. Tad previously served on several local boards, including the Katy Youth Basketball Association and the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce. Tad is married to Mindy Davis Adams, and together they have four children .

Lex Allgaier was born and raised in Katy, Texas, and his family has lived in the Katy area for 5 generations. Lex learned the value of hard work at an early age by helping his family work cows and fix fence in the hot southeast Texas sun.Upon graduating from Katy High School, Lex attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and was a member of the intercollegiate rodeo team.  After earning his bachelor’s degree, Lex attended St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.  While at St. Mary’s, Lex was a member of the National Trial Team and traveled across the country competing in various trial competitions, winning “best speaker” at multiple events.  Outside of work, Lex enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephew, hunting, fishing, and team roping.
